Senior Software Engineer – .NET Core & Microservices

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join Ria Money Transfer’s technology team. You will help modernize our platform by building robust .NET Core and microservice‑based solutions that power global money‑transfer services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core and .NET Framework REST APIs and microservices.
• Write clean, scalable code following established design patterns and best practices.
• Integrate third‑party services to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on schedule.
• Analyze application performance and propose improvements to processes and code.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience as a .NET developer or in a comparable object‑oriented language.
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming, design patterns, relational databases, and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Self‑motivated with good communication skills and willingness to produce technical documentation.
