Senior Supply Manager

About the role

As a Senior Supply Manager at Monster Energy, you will lead the Supply Planning team and own the end‑to‑end supply chain for both domestic and global production facilities. You will drive inventory performance, production flow and raw‑material availability while continuously improving the supply network to meet demand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with copackers and bottlers, coordinating production and operations.
• Develop long‑term production plans and short‑term schedules for local copackers.
• Identify and resolve supply‑chain constraints that could impact demand plans.
• Oversee digital adoption, ensuring system updates, utilization and technical adoption across the team.
• Lead the Supply Planning team, setting priorities and performance targets.
• Control purchase orders, logistics (local and international) and import processes as needed.
• Track and expedite purchase orders with vendors and logistics teams, updating delivery dates.
• Conduct monthly inventory aging analysis and lead mitigation plans for slow‑moving or obsolete inventory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• More than 7 years of experience in supply chain processes and logistics.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing people.
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Knowledge of Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
