Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are conducting a confidential search for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen and evolve our talent attraction strategy. The ideal candidate is a highly driven professional who blends strong execution capabilities with a strategic mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment processes from intake to onboarding for a wide range of positions.
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, efficiency, and an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill and specialized roles.
• Expand talent attraction channels, professional networks, partnerships, and alternative recruitment sources.
• Conduct direct search and headhunting for critical and strategic positions.
• Develop, update, and enforce Talent Acquisition policies, procedures, and standards.
• Standardize interview methodologies, assessment practices, and selection processes.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
• Support diversity, equity, inclusion, and best hiring practices initiatives.
• Manage external recruitment partners, agencies, and talent acquisition platforms as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes across diverse functions and levels.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with Talent Acquisition metrics and reporting.
• High level of autonomy, results orientation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
