SEO-AEO Strategist

About the role

Brightscout is looking for an SEO‑AEO Strategist to lead website and branding initiatives that translate brand positioning into high‑performing digital experiences. You will work closely with brand strategists, designers and developers to ensure every touchpoint drives measurable growth for B2B tech clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive website and digital experience audits to uncover positioning, structural and performance gaps.
• Define and implement SEO fundamentals (technical, on‑page, structural) and AEO strategies that optimize content for traditional and AI‑driven search.
• Translate brand strategy into clear site architecture, conversion pathways and activation campaigns tied to pipeline metrics.
• Analyze analytics, CRO data and user behavior to develop testing roadmaps and post‑launch optimization plans.
• Support pre‑sales efforts with strategic digital points of view and lead client workshops and executive presentations.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in digital, growth or integrated marketing strategy, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of B2B technology or SaaS marketing ecosystems.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio or Pipedrive.
• Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and CRO platforms (Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, Hotjar).
• Demonstrated ability to align brand, content and performance initiatives into cohesive digital systems.
