SEO & SEM Specialist (Remote, Chile)

About the role

This remote position is designed for an experienced SEO/SEM professional who will drive organic visibility and maximize paid search performance. You will own end‑to‑end SEO activities and manage PPC campaigns across major search platforms while collaborating with development, editorial, and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies including keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and link‑building.
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google, Yahoo, and Bing to achieve ROI targets.
• Analyze website analytics, paid‑search performance, and market trends to generate actionable insights.
• Manage campaign budgets, forecast monthly spend, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Conduct competitor research and testing (A/B, multivariate) to improve acquisition results.
• Collaborate with development to ensure code follows SEO best practices.
• Work with editorial and marketing to embed SEO principles into content creation.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience in SEO with a strong grasp of ranking factors.
• Demonstrated SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across major platforms.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online acquisition.
