Service Account Manager Support

About the role

Support the growth and retention of Philips Services business by managing customer relationships, coordinating contract and renewal activities, and ensuring accurate sales pipeline and forecasting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners to drive satisfaction, retention, and long‑term growth.
• Support execution of sales plans focused on multivendor agreements, warranty conversions, contract renewals, upgrades and win‑back opportunities, ensuring accurate opportunity management in CRM.
• Collaborate with account managers, sales teams and cross‑functional stakeholders to meet business objectives and customer needs.
• Analyze large volumes of partner and commercial data to provide market and competitive insights and contribute to accurate forecasting and sales planning.
• Maintain data quality and follow Philips processes and quality standards to ensure operational excellence.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, Vocational Education, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales, Business Development, Service Delivery Management or related area (or equivalent with a Bachelor’s degree).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to manage large datasets, contracts, quotations, follow‑ups and customer‑related activities accurately.
• Commercial mindset comfortable supporting sales activities, identifying business opportunities and contributing to revenue growth.
• Effective communication in English, both written and spoken, and ability to collaborate with international stakeholders daily.
