About the role

This position is responsible for delivering fast, high‑quality customer service while efficiently handling order processing, invoicing, and accounts‑receivable follow‑up. The role supports the smooth operation of commercial activities and ensures a satisfying experience for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, prompt, and effective assistance to customers, resolving inquiries and issues.
• Track orders from receipt to delivery, keeping clients informed at each stage.
• Prepare and issue invoices, maintaining accurate billing records.
• Manage customers with outstanding credit invoices, communicating proactively until payments are regularised.
• Handle cash‑register operations and maintain proper cash flow documentation.

Required profile

• Technical background in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing or related fields.
• Experience in customer service and cash‑register handling.
• Knowledge of order management and incident resolution.
• Strong communication, service orientation, organization, responsibility, proactivity and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work in an environment with chlorine and pool disinfectants (no asthma or respiratory problems).

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
