Sexual Health Nurse

About the role

The Sexual Health Nurse will join a friendly, enthusiastic sexual health team based at RNI Community Hospital in Inverness. The role involves delivering high‑standard, personalised nursing care to patients and their families, with travel to peripheral clinics across the Highland region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sexual health nursing care within a multi‑disciplinary team.
• Deliver services in both the main hospital and peripheral community clinics.
• Support patients and families through assessment, counseling and follow‑up.
• Participate in professional development and pursue postgraduate qualifications.

Required profile

• Registered Adult Nurse with a current NMC registration.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across the Highland region.

• Ability to work effectively in a multi‑disciplinary environment.
