SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Administrator/Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Administrator/Developer to manage, optimise and extend our Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem. The role combines administration, migration, governance and automation to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SharePoint Online environments, ensuring security, performance and compliance.
• Design, develop and support SharePoint sites, custom solutions and migrations using ShareGate.
• Configure custom search solutions with PnP patterns and implement governance standards.
• Provision and manage Microsoft Teams, including channels, permissions and third‑party app integrations.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative and business processes.
• Support Power Platform environments, building Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Handle incidents, service requests and tickets via ServiceNow, performing root‑cause analysis and resolution.
• Collaborate in Agile and DevOps frameworks with infrastructure, security and business teams.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Hands‑on experience with migration tools such as ShareGate.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
