Site Account Manager

About the role

FLSmidth is looking for a Site Account Manager to lead a full‑competence Account Management team in Chile. You will develop and execute a site‑specific business plan, align it with the global FLSmidth strategy, and foster collaboration across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Account Management team to keep clients regularly informed about project status and resolve issues promptly.
• Strengthen and expand relationships with assigned accounts, representing client interests within FLSmidth.
• Communicate client goals and product‑service requirements, ensuring expectations are met.
• Identify and generate new commercial opportunities for the full FLSmidth portfolio.
• Lead solution development efforts, coordinating internal resources to address customer needs.
• Promote FLSmidth’s strategic objectives and Sustainable Productivity Enhancement Strategy.
• Support a safety‑first culture and participate in HSEQA activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Metallurgy, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Commercial Engineering.
• 2‑4 years of experience in mining, construction, or commodities sectors.
• Background in sales, commercial engineering, applications engineering, process improvement, or related roles.
