Site and Facilities Manager – Data Center Construction Projects

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Site and Facilities Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations and infrastructure management for a large‑scale data centre project. The role ensures smooth coordination of site activities, facility readiness, and compliance with safety, quality and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all site‑related activities, including facility operations, maintenance and contractor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations throughout all project phases.
• Oversee infrastructure readiness of mechanical, electrical and civil systems, aligning with project timelines and specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve site issues and maintain operational continuity.
• Monitor and report on site progress, risks and mitigation plans.
• Support commissioning and handover processes, ensuring systems are fully functional and documented.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in site or facilities management within industrial or data‑center projects.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical) and industrial safety standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in Spanish with English proficiency.
