Social Commerce Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Social Commerce Coordinator to manage creator and affiliate programs for multiple client accounts. The role focuses on day‑to‑day operations, influencer coordination, and performance tracking within TikTok Shop environments. You will work closely with senior strategists to ensure campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of TikTok Shop creator and affiliate programs across client accounts.
• Coordinate creator outreach, onboarding, sample distribution, and campaign activations.
• Maintain organized creator databases, campaign trackers, and documentation.
• Manage daily workflows in TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center, monitoring product availability and campaign progress.
• Update dashboards, spreadsheets, and performance reports, tracking KPIs such as GMV, clicks, conversions, and affiliate performance.
• Prepare client reports, meeting notes, and performance updates for presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational processes and resolve issues proactively.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator operations, social commerce, e‑commerce, or digital marketing.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and eagerness to learn new platforms.
