About the role

Sezzle is seeking a talented Software Engineer II to join its Marketing & Mobile Engineering organization. You will work on the marketing technology stack and mobile applications, building systems that power lifecycle messaging, attribution, content delivery, and in‑app experiences for millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver new features across the marketing platform and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure high‑quality, scalable solutions.
• Contribute to systems that directly impact subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of the product.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with high IQ and high EQ.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Motivation to grow technical skills and take on larger project scopes.
