Software Engineer II – React Native (Krak)

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer II to join the Consumer pod building and scaling the Krak mobile experience. You will work with product, design and backend teams to deliver high‑impact, consumer‑facing features for a global user base.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned Krak features, from technical design through release and post‑launch iteration.
• Build maintainable, performant, and resilient screens and components following established architecture patterns.
• Write clean, well‑tested code and participate in code reviews, applying the team’s engineering standards.
• Contribute to technical design discussions, proposing clear solutions and trade‑offs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Rust backend engineers to deliver measurable customer value.
• Help improve code quality, shared components, and tooling across the Krak mobile codebase.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software development experience, focusing on web or mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and hands‑on experience with React Native.
• Experience integrating and consuming APIs with attention to security and performance.
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and modern build pipelines.
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices and a passion for building intuitive consumer experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
