Specialist - Supply Chain Excellence

About the role

The Specialist – Supply Chain Excellence supports the creation of standards, processes, procedures and KPIs across the region. You will lead the integration of global systems, drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and ensure data integrity for supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive integration of global supply‑chain systems and processes within the region.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on group standards, processes and procedures.
• Identify gaps in supply‑chain processes and implement improvements.
• Monitor, track and report on supply‑chain KPI performance.
• Analyse performance variances and develop continuous‑improvement action plans.
• Evaluate governance measures and identify potential risks.
• Define objectives, benchmarks and KPIs for supply‑chain performance.
• Map and document supply‑chain workflows, pinpoint bottlenecks and apply root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Supply Chain or related areas.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Experience with SAP/HANA.
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities.
