Sr. Accounting Analyst – SAP S/4HANA Project

About the role

You will join Coderio's Operational Accounting team to support the rollout of SAP S/4HANA across multiple countries. Acting as the bridge between Accounting and technology, you will help ensure a smooth adoption of the new system.

Key responsibilities

• Perform balance‑sheet and P&L reconciliations, conduct account analysis and prepare periodic reports.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Accounting and the SAP project team, including IT, consultants and stakeholders.
• Participate in designing accounting processes in SAP (chart of accounts, posting logic) and support data migration from legacy systems.
• Take part in User Acceptance Testing cycles to validate postings and reports.
• Provide training and day‑to‑day support to Accounting teams during go‑live and hypercare.
• Execute SOX controls and help document internal controls within SAP.
• Manage accounts payable, bank reconciliations and post accounting entries with proper documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational or high‑growth environment.
• Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO modules) and experience in at least one SAP implementation or major upgrade.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
