Sr Project Manager (B2B eCommerce)

About the role

We are looking for a senior project manager to lead B2B eCommerce digital initiatives for our clients. The role combines client‑facing leadership with hands‑on delivery across agile, technical, and creative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of B2B eCommerce projects, from requirements gathering to go‑live.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, technical sessions and stakeholder feedback meetings.
• Apply agile or hybrid methodologies to coordinate UX, tech, QA and content teams.
• Manage timelines, resources and scope in partnership with Product, Client Services and PMO.
• Identify, escalate and mitigate technical and business risks proactively.
• Maintain trusted client relationships and provide transparent project visibility.
• Foster team cohesion and monitor morale throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in a digital consultancy or technology agency.
• Proven track record delivering technical eCommerce projects, preferably B2B.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Commercetools, Salesforce Commerce, SAP Commerce or Shopify B2B.
• Strong command of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience as a Scrum Master.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent executive communication with C‑level stakeholders and technical teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence or Airtable.
• Fluent English.
