Sr Sales Specialist, Amazon Connect

About the role

Amazon Connect is a fast‑growing, AI‑powered cloud contact‑center service within AWS. As a Sr Sales Specialist you will own the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for Amazon Connect in the SOLA territory (Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay), partnering with account teams and partners to drive revenue and shape the future of this service category.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue in the defined territory by collaborating with multiple account teams and partners to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Navigate complex sales cycles, accelerate implementations, and originate and close Amazon Connect opportunities.
• Build deep customer relationships to understand business, solution, and technical needs, and articulate compelling value propositions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account and territory plans that support revenue and win goals.
• Manage a pipeline of Amazon Connect opportunities and lead business‑development initiatives with Go‑to‑Market Strategy and Partner Development resources.
• Prepare and deliver business reviews to AWS senior management.

Required profile

• Proven enterprise sales experience in customer‑experience management, contact‑center, or related technology domains.
• Self‑starter who can operate both tactically and strategically.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the SOLA territory as needed.

Required skills

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform knowledge.
• Amazon Connect product expertise.
