Staffing Frontiers Consultant – Remote

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a remote Staffing Frontiers Consultant to bridge the gap between client services, sales, and talent acquisition. You will strategically analyze our vetted candidate pool to staff IT business opportunities, ensuring timely placements and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, select, prepare, and present candidates for IT openings.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process on the client side.
• Review, filter, and clean the candidate pipeline and job openings according to defined parameters.
• Communicate effectively with clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.
• Meet deadlines while optimizing time‑to‑market and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven client‑facing experience in the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
