Staffing Frontiers Consultant – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to bridge the gap between client services, sales, and talent acquisition. In this remote position you will analyze our vetted candidate pool and strategically staff IT business opportunities, ensuring fast time‑to‑market and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, select, prepare and present candidates for open IT positions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end vetting process on the client side.
• Maintain and clean the candidate pipeline and job openings according to defined parameters.
• Communicate regularly with clients, Client Services and Sales teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven client‑facing experience in the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable, detail‑oriented and business‑process mindset.
• Advanced English with articulate and eloquent communication skills.
