BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Solution Architect to lead the definition and validation of client staffing needs. Working remotely, you will bridge technical assessment with talent acquisition, ensuring the right engineers are matched to each project.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessment and validation processes for client staffing requests.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to select the best engineers.
• Participate in client meetings to understand required engineering profiles.
• Collaborate with sales to accelerate resource delivery while maintaining feasibility.
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies.
• Train candidates across various technology domains.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Background in the IT industry with a proven software development track record.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
