Store Sales Advisor – Santiago

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Store Sales Advisor to join our team in Santiago. You will provide personalized assistance to customers interested in industrial kitchen equipment, helping them choose the right products and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers in person, by phone, and via email.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and orders.
• Receive, organize, and display merchandise in the store.
• Stay informed about current promotions, prices, discounts, and special offers.
• Process shipments and coordinate deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Support external sales staff and participate in store inventory counts.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Demonstrable experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to lift and move merchandise within the store.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Team‑player attitude with a strong service orientation.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

What we offer

• Base salary of RD$35,000 per month.
• Direct commissions (0.0025%) and additional incentives (0.025% for goal achievement).
