Strategic Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Consultant to join our new consulting capability at BairesDev. Working remotely, you will partner with senior leaders to turn ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable strategies and drive execution across technology and operations. You will help organizations capture hidden value and implement sustainable change.

Key responsibilities

• Structure complex or ambiguous business problems into analytical frameworks.
• Identify growth, efficiency, or transformation opportunities for clients.
• Translate strategic objectives into concrete initiatives, roadmaps, and deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with client executives and internal delivery teams.
• Support discovery, assessment, and transformation programs.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience as a Product Manager or equivalent strategic role.
• Strong understanding of business strategy and technology.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and create actionable plans.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
