Supply Chain Operations Specialist

About the role

Huawei Technologies is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join its project delivery team in Santiago, Chile. The role focuses on ensuring material completeness and a stable supply chain to support high‑demand project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, account and project managers to analyse and structure the overall project delivery plan.
• Align with the project master plan to develop optimal goods preparation strategies and arrival schedules.
• Monitor material availability and proactively mitigate supply risks.
• Leverage analytical tools to drive supply chain efficiency and support project timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of supply chain management experience, preferably 4‑5 years in dynamic, high‑demand environments.
• Proven project operation capabilities and familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Power BI for data analysis.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management expertise.
