BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join its Executive Search team. The position is fully remote and focuses on sourcing and securing senior‑level leadership talent for the company and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted search strategies for executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to gauge qualifications and cultural fit.
• Lead salary negotiations and manage the full offer process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Leverage professional networks and market research to source high‑caliber talent.
• Document recruitment processes and candidate interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align hiring requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience (mandatory).
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Proven experience recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and analytical abilities.
