Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

As a Talent Quality Auditor you will safeguard the consistency and excellence of BairesDev’s Talent Acquisition processes. Working remotely, you will audit candidate interactions, screening interviews, and related communications to ensure they meet the company’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end quality audits across Talent Acquisition activities, including calls, screenings, emails, and workflow steps.
• Verify adherence to defined standards, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues, and risk patterns, documenting findings with precision.
• Recommend adjustments to audit frameworks, processes, and evaluation criteria.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or Quality Control.
• Proven experience auditing operational processes and evaluating performance against standards, scorecards, or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data review.
• Excellent written documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
