Technical Sales Manager – Mining AI & Vision

About the role

Lead sales growth across Chile and Argentina, expanding mining customer partnerships and driving adoption of advanced AI, machine vision and automation technologies. Combine commercial leadership with technical consulting to build trusted relationships and influence long‑term customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across two of Latin America’s most important mining markets.
• Build trusted partnerships with mining stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Align technology solutions to operational challenges to influence customer outcomes.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Act as a key voice of the customer, shaping commercial and product conversations.
• Collaborate with sales, support and marketing teams to strengthen long‑term customer success.

Required profile

• Technical background in mining or industrial process environments.
• Minimum four years of sales experience within the mining industry.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Based in Santiago with the ability to travel regularly within Chile and internationally.
• Demonstrated self‑management, planning capability and a process‑oriented approach.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across customers and internal teams.
