About the role

Otis is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance, repair and inspection of elevators, escalators and moving walkways in Santiago and surrounding areas. The role involves both preventive and corrective tasks, ensuring safety compliance and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Execute scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on elevators, escalators and moving walkways.
• Diagnose faults, document findings and report to supervisors.
• Interact directly with customers, record issues and provide status updates.
• Support the assigned supervisor by overseeing technicians within the designated zone.
• Assist occasional projects such as installations, modernizations and other operational tasks.
• Use digital platforms for work orders and ensure timely submission of documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in elevator and escalator service.
• Class B driving licence.
• Basic administrative skills (email, Word, Excel).
• Strong teamwork, communication and safety orientation.
• Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and proactive attitude.
