Temporary Security Guard – Plaza Jorge, Santiago

About the role

This temporary position provides security and protection for both movable and immovable assets, as well as the people present at Plaza Jorge in Santiago. The guard will ensure a safe environment during opening and closing hours and support the institution’s overall safety policies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the safety of all staff and visitors within the premises.
• Inspect the facilities when opening and closing the offices.
• Conduct checks on all personnel entering the building.
• Provide coverage for colleagues during vacations, leaves, or permits.
• Operate and control fire‑extinguishing and emergency equipment when required.
• Guide visitors to the appropriate areas upon request.
• Handle security equipment such as alarms and surveillance tools.
• Attend mandatory training and update sessions.
• Maintain punctuality and comply with the bank’s administrative and policy guidelines.

Required profile

• Basic education certificate.
• Valid firearm handling authorization.
• Minimum six months experience in a similar security role.
• Professional demeanor with strong service orientation.
• Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.
• Good interpersonal skills.

What we offer

• Payment for days worked, issued after each coverage period.
• Shift schedule: Monday‑Saturday 8:00 am‑5:30 pm; Sundays until 12:00 pm.
• Rotating weekend schedule (one weekend on, the next off).
