Trade Marketing Execution – Food Service (Chile)

About the role

Kraft Heinz is looking for a Trade Marketing Execution professional to support and develop trade marketing initiatives for the Food Service channel in Chile and Hispanic markets. The role bridges strategic planning and field execution, ensuring strong in‑market presence aligned with commercial priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of trade marketing programs across Food Service channels (restaurants, QSR, hotels, catering, distributors).
• Coordinate with external agencies for design, production, and implementation of POS materials.
• Track and monitor KPIs such as Sell‑Out, Coverage, Dispensers, and Perfect Restaurant.
• Assist in managing execution programs including Konectados, Dispensers plan, and customer activations.
• Ensure correct implementation of visibility assets (dispensers, caddies, POP materials).
• Support Perfect Restaurant initiatives through execution tracking and performance follow‑ups.
• Analyze performance data, identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales and internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of commercial plans.

Required profile

• Experience supporting trade marketing programs in Food Service channels.
• Ability to coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset to track KPIs and identify performance gaps.
• Familiarity with promotional calendars, budget monitoring, and productivity indicators.
