Treasury & Account Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Treasury & Account Specialist to manage our daily cash position, support cash‑flow forecasting and ensure smooth relationships with banks and financial institutions. The role combines operational treasury tasks with tax compliance support in Chile.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cash position and produce short‑ and medium‑term cash‑flow forecasts.
• Maintain operational relationships with banks, open/close accounts, and update powers of attorney.
• Handle financial instruments such as performance bonds and time deposits.
• Monitor bank fees, financial expenses and ensure accurate bank reconciliations.
• Support monthly accounting close processes related to treasury.
• Administer corporate cards and other payment instruments.
• Participate in internal and external audits and compliance reviews.
• Assist in preparation and submission of monthly and annual tax returns and support tax authority requests.
• Act as backup for the Tax Specialist during absences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in corporate treasury or audit firms.
• Experience with banking platforms and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Chilean tax regulations.
• Experience working in multinational companies.
