Video & Motion Designer

About the role

You will be Aloha's content engine: shooting, editing, animating and publishing every visual piece that moves on a screen. From product launch videos and explainers to daily social content, you own the full production pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑plan the content calendar with the Brand & UX Lead and Head of Growth, aligning brand voice and growth priorities.
• Produce launch videos and product explainers, handling scripting, shooting, editing and motion graphics.
• Edit short‑form videos for social platforms, adding cutdowns, subtitles and sound.
• Create motion graphics such as animated explainers, UI walkthroughs, logo animations and reusable social templates.
• Manage Aloha’s LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok channels, posting content and engaging the community.
• Build a content system with reusable templates to scale output while maintaining brand quality.
• Leverage AI tools for rapid generation, editing assistance and versioning.

Required profile

• 3+ years creating video content with a portfolio that showcases editing and motion‑graphics work.
• Fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro for editing and Adobe After Effects (or equivalent) for motion graphics.
• Comfortable shooting video, with basic knowledge of camera operation and lighting.
• Deep understanding of what performs on LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
• Self‑directed and able to work autonomously as the sole content creator initially.
• Native Spanish speaker with professional English proficiency for subtitling and US‑market versions.
• Bonus: experience in B2B, fintech or startup environments and a strong sense of brand design.
