Warehouse Assistant

About the role

Olympus is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials in its Santiago facility. The role ensures product integrity, traceability, and contributes to continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage orders within the warehouse.
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the storage area.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming products, including spare parts and supplies.
• Assemble input sales kits as required.
• Provide ongoing support to various internal departments.
• Periodically review product expiration dates and notify relevant teams.
• Report any shrinkage or loss of inventory promptly.
• Assist in issuing picking and dispatch guides for outbound shipments.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role.
• Preferably holds a Higher Technician qualification in Logistics, Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics management processes.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong logical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated integrity, operational efficiency, and customer orientation.
