Young Professional – IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a motivated Young Professional to join its talent acquisition team as an IT Recruiter. This fully remote position offers the chance to support end‑to‑end hiring for a global tech company and develop sourcing and interviewing skills alongside experienced recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs and sourcing candidates to screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Keep candidate records up‑to‑date in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine role requirements and search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
