Account Manager – Ads Enterprise (Sales Plan)

About the role

The Uber Ads team is expanding its enterprise advertising sales organization and seeks a Senior Account Manager to lead relationships with top restaurant brands. In this role you will partner with Ads Sales and cross‑functional teams to drive adoption of Uber’s advertising solutions across Mobility and Delivery platforms, helping partners achieve measurable marketing outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Ads Sales to design and execute restaurant advertising strategies that meet partner objectives and exceed quarterly growth targets.
• Build trusted relationships with senior marketing, digital, and agency decision‑makers.
• Understand each partner’s goals and challenges, and propose tailored advertising solutions.
• Lead internal kickoff calls to align on campaign objectives, technical specs, and execution plans.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify risks or opportunities, and deliver timely optimisations.
• Coordinate campaign launches, ongoing management, and reporting while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
• Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to grow investment and improve performance.
• Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with product and operations teams.
• Contribute to best‑practice playbooks that scale Ads adoption across restaurant partners.

Required profile

• 5+ years of end‑to‑end digital advertising account management for enterprise or large‑scale clients.
• Proven experience managing complex advertising campaigns for sophisticated brands.
• Strong track record of building relationships with senior marketing stakeholders and agency partners.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven approach to recommendations.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset and ability to work in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
• Effective communication, listening, and organisational skills.
