Account Manager - Dental

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to lead the expansion of our dental digital product distribution network. Based in Chile and working remotely, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets while building strong partnerships with distributors across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the sales distribution network for dental digital products, ensuring sales targets are met.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with distributors to drive performance and collaboration.
• Acquire deep knowledge of product features, functions, and operations to effectively represent the portfolio.
• Collect and analyse market and industry intelligence to shape sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional sales activities such as roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and the development of key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key opinion consumers (KOCs).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Self‑driven, action‑oriented professional with strong market development, customer acquisition, and account management capabilities.
• Goal‑focused with a high achievement orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Prior experience in the medical, dental, or clinical industry is strongly preferred.
