Account Manager – SMB Growth & Retention

About the role

The Account Manager role offers a chance to leverage relationship‑building and portfolio‑management expertise within a defined territory. You will focus on post‑sales management of small and medium businesses, strengthening partnerships to boost retention and drive mutually beneficial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead post‑deal partner management for a high‑value, high‑potential SMB portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to achieve revenue growth, upsell new product features, and ensure high retention.
• Act as the voice of the customer, translating partner needs to internal teams.
• Design and lead growth initiatives, collaborating cross‑functionally to deliver projects.
• Set, track, and report performance metrics; conduct regular business reviews.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a similar, customer‑facing role.
• Data‑driven decision‑making with solid business judgment.
• Strong project‑management abilities and the capacity to develop joint business plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executive presence.
• Proactive, resource‑ful, and able to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• SQL knowledge (plus).
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
