Accounting Analyst – Fund Services

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to support fund accounting and administration within our Santiago office. The role offers hands‑on experience with investment fund NAV calculations and international fund operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the accounting and administration of investment funds.
• Assist with NAV (unit/share price) calculations.
• Participate in migration of funds between accounting systems.
• Prepare reconciliations and financial reports.
• Support month‑end accounting and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with local and international teams on fund operations.
• Contribute to process improvements and reporting initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in financial services.
• Interest in developing a career in fund accounting.
• Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
• Good English communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP or other accounting systems.
