Accounting Analyst

About the role

The Accounting Analyst will support month‑end financial closing and reporting across a regional scope. You will ensure the accuracy of accounting records, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and help maintain compliance with accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly financial closing activities to deliver timely and accurate reports.
• Perform and review bank reconciliations and balance‑sheet accounts.
• Prepare statutory financial statements in line with local regulations.
• Analyze results, identify variances and provide insights for decision‑making.
• Support external audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards and corporate guidelines.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve accounting‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in general accounting, financial closing and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial‑statement preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
