Accounting Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accounting Analyst to support our finance and accounting operations. The role focuses on invoice management, issue resolution, and broader accounting support as our invoice platform integrates with SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Review, monitor and resolve invoice processing issues, coordinating with suppliers, customers and internal teams.
• Track invoice approval workflows, ensure compliance with company policies, and support month‑end accounts payable activities.
• Identify recurring problems and propose process‑improvement initiatives.
• Assist with account reconciliations, month‑end close, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, supporting schedules, and assist with audits and internal controls.
• Support SAP financial processes, data integrity, and collaborate with finance and operational teams to enhance accounting procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, or finance operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
