Accounting & Finance Assistant – Santiago

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting & Finance Assistant to support our financial operations in Santiago. The role involves accurate recording, control, and reconciliation of invoices, collections, payments, petty cash, and bank movements while preparing required tax reports.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and review monthly invoicing data in the system.
• Record daily collections and manage accounts receivable.
• Process supplier payments and maintain petty cash records.
• Organize and file all accounting documentation.
• Prepare tax forms 606 and 607.
• Perform final bank reconciliation and match bank statements with accounting records.
• Review and record company credit and debit card expenses.

Required profile

• University student or graduate in Accounting or Financial Management.
• Previous experience as an accounting or finance assistant.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and result‑orientation.
• Analytical mindset and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word.

What we offer

• Salary range RD$35,000 – RD$40,000 per month.
