Accounts Payable Analyst – LATAM

About the role

Astec Industries is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to support its Finance team across LATAM operations. The role ensures accurate and timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and related accounting activities while maintaining compliance with local tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and service fee receipts.
• Review and record employee expense reports.
• Prepare weekly payment proposals.
• Monitor advances and employee funds.
• Control corporate credit card expenses.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with tax withholding and VAT regulations.
• Support reporting, analysis, and other accounting activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor or Oracle.
