After Sales Coordinator – Customer Service

About the role

SKIDATA Chile is looking for an After Sales Coordinator to manage the full commercial cycle for spare parts, consumables and related products that support operational installations. The role ensures a high‑standard customer experience while contributing to sales growth and efficient logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain deep knowledge of SKIDATA product portfolio and pricing strategies.
• Prepare accurate quotations and apply pricing according to commercial policies.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to guarantee on‑time delivery and close the commercial cycle.
• Support demand forecasting and supply planning for products and consumables.
• Guide customers through the entire after‑sales process, addressing inquiries and ensuring NPS‑focused service.
• Act as the voice of the customer, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Manage sales requests using the ServiceNow platform and track deliveries.
• Assist promotional initiatives and commercial actions to drive sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering or Business Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in after‑sales, customer service, commercial operations or logistics.
• Strong commercial orientation with high customer focus.
• Ability to work autonomously, solve problems and handle pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience using the ServiceNow platform.
