After-sales District Manager

About the role

The After-sales District Manager will lead and develop the service network for passenger vehicle dealers within the assigned region. You will ensure that all service locations meet the company’s standards for hardware, spare parts, and staff competence, while driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Improve operational and management capabilities of service providers, ensuring compliance with hardware configuration, spare‑parts inventory, and personnel training standards.
• Monitor, guide, and optimise dealer service processes to achieve target NPS and other performance metrics.
• Promote, implement and gather feedback on after‑sales policies and promotional activities.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve technical and non‑technical issues for distributors.
• Conduct project control, market competitor analysis, and industry research for the designated area, and report findings.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in after‑sales, service management or a related field.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and language expression abilities.
• High sense of responsibility, dedication and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel frequently to different cities for business trips.
