Aftersles District Manager

About the role

The After-sales District Manager will lead and develop the service capabilities of passenger vehicle dealers within the assigned region. This role ensures that hardware configurations, spare‑parts inventories, and staff training align with company standards while driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Improve operational and management capabilities of dealer service providers, ensuring compliance with hardware, parts, and training requirements.
• Monitor, guide, and optimize dealer service processes to achieve target NPS and other performance metrics.
• Promote, implement, and gather feedback on after‑sales policies and initiatives.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve technical and non‑technical issues for distributors.
• Conduct project control, market competitor analysis, and industry research within the area, providing regular reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience in after‑sales or service management.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel frequently across different cities.
