Agentic Product Designer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is looking for an Agentic Product Designer to join its talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of client product teams, collaborating daily with designers, engineers, and AI/ML specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product design initiatives, from discovery and research to high‑fidelity prototypes and implementation.
• Integrate into client squads, working alongside existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
• Create and maintain reusable design systems, component libraries, and UI frameworks.
• Use AI‑assisted tools such as Cursor to accelerate prototyping, iteration, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and AI/ML teams in an Agile environment.
• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines for design assets.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional Product Design, UI/UX Design, or related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience designing AI‑native workflows, copilots, and LLM‑based experiences.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.

Required skills

• Advanced Figma skills, including complex prototyping, auto‑layout, component libraries, design systems, variables, and developer handoff.
• Hands‑on experience with Cursor (or similar AI‑assisted design environments).
• Interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability best practices.
• Building, scaling, and maintaining design systems and component‑based UI frameworks.
• Agile/Scrum methodology and cross‑functional collaboration.
