Agile Project Manager – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead technology projects remotely. You will ensure that delivery aligns with organizational goals while fostering an inclusive, high‑performance team culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large and complex software projects from intake to completion.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value.
• Track project health through velocity metrics and regular reporting.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and blockers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define shared value and ensure requirements are met.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Agile Delivery.
• Proven ability to facilitate Scrum or Kanban teams and manage sprint ceremonies.
• Strong background in removing blockers and driving continuous improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Jira for backlog management, velocity tracking, and reporting.
• Scrum framework.
• Kanban framework.
