Agribusiness & Overheads Controller

About the role

We are seeking an Agribusiness & Overheads Controller to lead financial planning, cost control, and performance analysis for our agricultural operations and overhead structures. The role will partner with Agribusiness, Finance, and regional stakeholders to drive cost optimisation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse production and financial data, develop reports and KPIs to monitor agricultural and overhead cost performance.
• Collect, validate and monitor costs for orchards, nurseries, and cleaning and drying plants, ensuring data accuracy in SAP and corporate systems.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts and monthly closing activities, identify variances and support corrective actions.
• Perform standard‑versus‑actual cost analysis for raw materials, work‑in‑progress and finished products.
• Support cyclical, monthly and annual inventory controls, monitoring inventory accuracy and financial impact.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare monthly management reports for local and regional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Agribusiness, Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement and other key functions to enhance financial performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management Control or related field.
• 5+ years experience in Controlling, FP&A, Cost Management or similar finance roles within manufacturing, agribusiness or food production.
• Strong analytical, financial planning and cost‑controlling capabilities, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, inventory management and variance analysis.
• Proactive, structured and results‑oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
