AI-Driven Digital Marketing Leader (B2B Tech)

About the role

Apiux is seeking an AI‑driven Digital Marketing Leader to shape and execute B2B technology marketing strategies. You will champion demand generation, craft compelling AI‑focused value propositions, and collaborate across commercial, delivery, and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Generate ~40 Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) per month and maintain a 20% MQL‑to‑SQL conversion rate.
• Design and run multi‑channel demand generation campaigns using LinkedIn, email, content, paid media, webinars and events.
• Manage lead nurturing workflows and maintain accurate reporting in Salesforce CRM.
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate content creation, personalization and marketing automation.
• Develop and productize AI‑centric value propositions, messaging, sales enablement assets and collateral.
• Coordinate webinars, executive events and strategic campaigns to strengthen Apiux’s AI and digital transformation positioning in Latin America.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B technology or IT services marketing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes for executive audiences.
