Acerca del puesto

¡Estamos buscando un/a AI Solutions Architect especializado en GenAI y Azure para trabajar en modalidad híbrida! El rol implica diseñar y liderar soluciones integradas de inteligencia artificial, IA generativa e hiperautomatización sobre Microsoft Azure.

Responsabilidades principales

Diseñar y liderar arquitecturas empresariales de IA generativa e hiperautomatización en Azure.
Desarrollar copilotos, agentes y aplicaciones inteligentes utilizando LangChain, LangGraph y Semantic Kernel.
Implementar integraciones mediante APIs REST, Webhooks, OAuth2 y microservicios.
Configurar arquitecturas event‑driven con Service Bus y Event Grid.
Gestionar pipelines DevOps, CI/CD y entornos Docker/Kubernetes (AKS).

Perfil requerido

Sólido entendimiento del sector financiero (crédito, cobranza, fraude, riesgo, experiencia de cliente y omnicanalidad).
Liderazgo técnico, visión estratégica y capacidad para gestionar stakeholders y equipos multidisciplinarios.

Habilidades requeridas

Arquitectura empresarial de IA y diseño de soluciones de IA generativa.
LLMs, RAG, arquitecturas multiagente y MCP (Model Context Protocol).
LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel.
Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Cognitive Services.
Power Automate, Logic Apps, n8n.
APIs REST, Webhooks, OAuth2.
Service Bus, Event Grid.
Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, FastAPI, Flask, Node.js.
DevOps, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes (AKS).
Gobierno de IA, Responsible AI, seguridad, observabilidad, protección de datos.
PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, bases vectoriales, Microsoft Fabric.
